BMT3FM BALANCING MACHINE

The BMT3FM balancing machine is composed essentially of:
-  Measuring station
- Drilling unit 
- Piece manipulation carriage
The electric control panel is mounted directly on board the machine to reduce encumbrance.
The machine is totally protected by a frame in aluminium and polycarbonate which reduces noise but allows the machine to be fully illuminated inside.

Most of the data necessary for processing the piece are self learnt by the machine thanks to special automatic operations carried out on pieces taken from production. All the data relative to a piece are stored in the machine memory and can be recalled at any time. The machine has been designed with the aim of reducing to a minimum the mechanical operations required during production changeover.
