Our ovens of FS series are part of complete systems, generally used to treat stator or coil insulation, obtained by dipping in paints or resins, drying and final cooling.

We manufacture these ovens with various dimensions and production capacity, to satisfy any market requirements.

All FS series ovens, including their heat generators, may be installed in any building, as they do not generate dangerous impact of any kind on operation environment.

Stators and coils undergo the following production process steps:

1. Manual or automatic loading.
2. Pre-heating (when required).
3. Slow dipping into paint or resin
tank.
4. Stay in the tank.
5. SIow pulling out from the tank.
6. Dripping on removable tiles.
7. Paint/resin fading in forced air,
Iightly warmed.
8. Extended time paintlresin curing
in forced hot air.
9. Cooling in forced air at room
temperature.

10. Piece unloading in the same Ioading station.
